In the second trimester, weeks 13 to 26, you might feel more relaxed about your reduce risk of loss but be getting ready for all the tests. Ultrasounds and other tests may be taken at this time. The second trimester of pregnancy often has women feeling well and glowing with health. Some women continue to have nausea and morning sickness but many feel healthy and well. Throughout your second trimester, you'll continue to visit your doctor once a month if your pregnancy is progressing normally. As your pregnancy progresses through trimester number two your pregnancy begins to show.

From months 6 to 9 or weeks 27 to 40 you are in the home stretch. Pregnancy and childbirth are coming to a finish.
