The second trimester of pregnancy often has women feeling well and glowing with health. Some women continue to have nausea and morning sickness but many feel healthy and well. Throughout your second trimester, you'll continue to visit your doctor once a month if your pregnancy is progressing normally. As your pregnancy progresses through trimester number two your pregnancy begins to show.
