You will also be getting plenty of fresh air, which will help you, sleep. Aqua aerobics classes are available for pregnant ladies and are run by professional instructors or midwives. Pilate classes are ideal to help with breathing exercises and to help improve your posture. Yoga will help you become suppler and helps get the muscles working ready for childbirth.

It can be really hard to maintain good healthy levels of diet and fitness during pregnancy because of the foods that make you feel sick or the all too common pregnancy cravings. Try to remember that you are making a baby and that you want it to be healthy.
