If you are a friend or family member that will be talking about a miscarriage with someone that has suffered a loss, it is a good idea to keep in mind some phrases that will be helpful in the healing process. This is a sensitive time and it is important to avoid saying the wrong thing if you want to be a source of support. Keep your words simple and sincere. This difficult time can test the strength of any relationship, so talking about a miscarriage is necessary.
